I recently stayed at a well-located hotel in Genoa and was pleasantly surprised by the facilities and amenities offered. As a disabled guest, I appreciated the accessible room and the fact that the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood. The basic breakfast included in the price, with cookies, toast, jam, and a bottle of water, was a convenient and welcome addition. The owner, Luca, was extremely kind and helpful, making my check-in process smooth and providing helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants. The hotel room itself was spacious and clean, with interesting furnishings and useful accessories like a kettle, hairdryer, and TV. The shared bathroom, located opposite my room, was also clean and equipped with a powerful shower. the hotel met my expectations and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
During my stay at the Central City hotel, I felt like I was part of a family. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and were always ready to assist.

The room at Central City Genova was absolutely cozy and comfortable. The air conditioning kept me cool during the hot weather, and the flat-screen TV was perfect for relaxing after a long day. I also loved having a safety deposit box to keep my belongings secure. it felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I found the rainfall showerhead in the bathroom to be a bit underwhelming. But hey, I bet some people enjoy the gentle flow of water.

I loved my stay at Central City Genova! The room was so cozy and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning to keep me relaxed. The bathroom had a rainfall showerhead and complimentary toiletries, making me feel pampered. The desk in the room was perfect for getting some work done. As a guest with physical handicaps, I appreciated the safety deposit box for keeping my belongings secure. the room felt like a home away from home.
The only thing that I liked less was that the double room had a cable TV. But hey, that's just my personal preference!

The property's location is great, close to main attractions. The staff is helpful and the amenities are decent. I especially enjoyed the daily housekeeping - a treat for my fancy self.
Oh, how fun it was to share a bathroom and have housekeeping interrupt my beauty sleep at 9:30am! Truly a glamorous experience.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, which was a nice touch. They provided good customer service and were always available to assist with any queries. The hotel also had a great location, with easy access to all areas of the city. It was conveniently located near a transport interchange, which made it convenient for exploring the city. The room itself was clean and spacious, with plenty of storage space. The inclusion of air conditioning, a safe deposit box, and a light breakfast in the room rate was also a nice bonus. the hotel offered good value for money despite its shortcomings.
The hotel felt more like a hostel than a proper hotel. The rooms were converted from an apartment, and there was no fire escape or alternative way out of the building.

Personally, I found the electric kettle in the single room to be unnecessary. It didn't bother me much, but others might still find it useful.
